a) Hosting

Our website is hosted by an external service provider (web host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation).

We use Google Fonts for the visual design. The fonts are embedded locally. There is no connection to Google servers.

9. Payment Services

We integrate payment services (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Klarna). Personal data is only transferred to these providers for payment processing.

14. Inquiries with MEETOVO

We use the software solution of MEETOVO Software GmbH, Robert-Koch-Straße 8, 21423 Winsen (Luhe), Germany, to process inquiries. The provider operates in accordance with the legal requirements of Art. 28 GDPR. The strictest confidentiality of your data is thus maintained at all times.

When you submit an inquiry to us, a direct connection is established between your browser and the provider’s server when you access the inquiry page. The provider then receives the information that you have visited our site using your IP address. The IP address is anonymized and deleted after 7 days. When you submit an inquiry via the integrated form, the personal data you enter (email address, first and last name, mobile phone number or telephone number) required for the inquiry will be transmitted to the provider, stored on its servers, and then sent to us via email. All other form entries will be transmitted for analysis purposes as they are being entered, if you consent to this. The collection of this data is necessary to process the inquiry. Without this processing, you cannot submit inquiries.

This processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR to fulfill our contractual obligations and services, as well as on the basis of our legitimate interests in processing inquiries quickly and effectively within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
